Tharp’s computerized project management system is used to track your order through manufacturing, delivery and install.   This process insures that your order is delivered on time and on budget.  The following are key scheduling activities:

Field Measure:  At rough framing, contact Tharp’s engineering scheduler to arrange a field measurement.   

Final Design Meeting:   Once appliances have been selected, a design meeting (1-3 hours) will be scheduled.  Your custom layout will be presented in “real time” 3D on Tharp’s CAD software.   All required design elements, cabinet dimensions,  wood, door, and finishes will finalized at this meeting.  

Delivery & Install:    On the 15th production day of your order the Tharp Service Scheduler will call to confirm your delivery and Install date.   Confirmation of your delivery date is required to move your order to final assembly. 

Service:    Field service requests need to be scheduled with Tharp’s Service Scheduler.
